I've Got Sunshine On A Cloudy Day...

Wow! Did anyone else watch the MJ memorial? Intense, but very well said & done. My heart about popped out of my chest when I heard his daughter speak of how great of a daddy he was to her & how dearly she loved him. I'm sure I'm not the only one that was in a bit of a fog after hearing this. So, when I sat down & edited some sunflower pictures & pictures of a good friend, I just had to share. It was much needed sunshine & smiles. So, I figured I would share. I also have been dying to share this Irish Blessing that was the theme of Dylan's grandfather's memorial service this past June, whom I am honored to have met & known for the little time that I did. He had a heart of gold and was a very giving man & this Irish blessing says it way better than I ever could & goes hand in hand with the pictures I wanted to share...

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rain fall soft upon your fields,
And, until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Meet Lady Katie, the only person I knew when I first arrived at TWU, true & dear friend.

My favorite photo of Katie that I got at this mini-shoot...

Yesterday, I took a picture walk & found these cute little guys...
This little sunflower was begging to have its picture taken...

Don't ask me why, but when I was taking this picture I was so sad for the sunflowers. All, I could think is gosh, right now I can't think of anything more cute or sad than a sunflower watching the sun go down & having to say bye until tomorrow...

Want to see more? Head on over to our space...
Until next time...
Blessings,
Laura Loo

Can you say TBD?

I think i've gotten a bad case of TBD (TOO BUSY DISORDER). I also have a feeling i'm not the only one...any other victims out there? Any suggestions?

I think John Lennon said it best when he said " Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans."

This quote is so timeless and constantly at repeat in my mind. I have to remind myself to slow down & enjoy this crazy ride we call life. AND when I do take John's advice I come across some amazing things...

Like so...

Nicholas, whom you have seen before...had my whole family LOLing on Father's day...(http://anoziraphotography.blogspot.com/2009/01/spotlight-clients-meet-megan-nicholas.html)

He loves the camera, no shy bone in this heart melters body...just cuteness!

Haha, I love this next picture. My grandpa has a lot of furry friends in his neighborhood that come to visit him, look at those furry friends stare at the meat, so intense.

Oh Texas, You are so beautiful to me. Sunshine & nature, a touch of Heaven on earth...

May you all find remedies for TBD in the forms of sunshine, nature, camera loving children, & furry little friends!

XOXO,

Laura Loo
